The Moleanos Blue is a limestone with a growing demand, in particular from markets like the UK or USA. Despite its considerable demand, the supply for this limestone is not regular and in most cases does not meet the demand. What happens in reality is that stockists, suppliers and distributors often present this limestone as a great choice for diverse projects, when they do not have the material in stock to realize the supply. But nevertheless, the Moleanos Blue limestone still appears in many suppliers catalogues.

Extraction

The Moleanos Blue limestone is extracted in the exact same quarries as the well-known Moleanos Classic limestone, which is the main variation of the Moleanos limestone (beige color). And some of the blocks extracted are just blue, while others are a mix of blue and beige.
